They resided in Listowel their entire married lives, owning and operating their business; Clegg Auto Repair and raising a family. Darlene was a hard worker who always put others ahead of herself. She managed all the bookkeeping for Clegg Auto Repair and held other jobs along her life. She had a great sense of humour. She had great faith, loved the Lord and was a long-time member of the Baptist Church of Listowel. Darlene enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She always had coffee, tea and a sweet treat for those who would come to visit. She loved playing games and spending time socializing, sharing and listening to stories. She loved music and to sing. She was part of many choirs, duets and solo performances.
Darlene will always be remembered for her kindness, contentment, selflessness and how she always saw the good in life and everyone around her.
