Mr. Elias Bauman of Listowel passed away on Friday, March 23, 2018, at Livingstone Manor, Listowel, in his 96th year.
Beloved husband of Minerva (Martin) Bauman for over 70 years.
Loved father of Ruth & Dave Loughran of Harriston, Carol & Brian Harvey of Peterborough, Joy & Allan Vader of Moorefield, Jeff & Angie Bauman of Mt. Forest, Rob Bauman of Hamilton. Always remembered by grandchildren; Brenda Lee & Jay Laing, Bonnie & Kevin Shantz, David Loughran, Jr. & Melissa, Brad Loughran, Rev. Christian & Monique Harvey, Dr. Colin & Andrea Harvey, Dr. Caroline Harvey, Angie & Jason Stein, Christy & Jamie Raben, Marc Bauman as well as 19 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren. Dear brother of Aden & Joanne Bauman and brother-in-law of Henry & Eileen Martin. Predeceased by his parents, Isaac & Rebecca (Martin) Bauman, three infant sons, David, Larry & Ronnie, granddaughter Jennifer Vader and siblings, Clarence, Eli, Mary, Selina & Mabel.
Visitation at Listowel Community Family Funeral Home, Wallace Ave. N. at Fairlane Rd., Listowel, on Tuesday, March 27, 2018, from 2 – 4pm & 6 – 8pm. Funeral service to be held on Wednesday, March 28, at Listowel Pentecostal Church at 2 pm with Rev. Keith Preston & Rev. Christian Harvey officiating. Interment Elmira Mennonite Cemetery. Memorial remembrances to the Mennonite Central Committie or the Canadian Red Cross.would be appreciated.
